INTERNAL REGULATIONS
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
1. General provisions:
Persons accessing this hotel establishment will be obliged to comply with these Regulations, insofar as they do not contravene Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Tourism, Decree Law 13/2020, of May 18, on hotel establishments, and other applicable rules and precepts.
2. Access, admission, and stay in the establishment:
This hotel establishment is for public use and free access, with no restrictions other than those derived from legal provisions and these regulations.
Admission and stay of persons in this establishment will only be denied for the following reasons:
a) For lack of accommodation capacity or facilities.
b) For failing to meet the admission requirements established in these regulations.
c) For adopting behaviors that may cause danger or discomfort to other persons or users, or for hindering the normal development of the activity.
When the indicated circumstances occur or persons engage in one or more of the restrictions listed above, the responsible staff of the establishment may require them to leave, after payment, where applicable, of any outstanding accounts for services and consumption. If necessary, assistance will be requested from security forces according to article 36 of the tourism law, and article 25 of the Decree Law on hotel management.
It is expressly stated that free access to the facilities, services, and accommodations of this hotel establishment will not be denied or restricted to persons who wish to use them, due to reasons of sex, disability, with or without a guide dog, religion, opinion, or any other personal or social circumstance.
3. Entry registration and admission document:
The person or persons who wish to make use of the accommodation units, common facilities, and, where applicable, the complementary services detailed in these Regulations, must present their identification documents for the purpose of their admission and registration in the establishment's log.
This establishment, once the person or persons are registered, will formulate an admission document which will state the name, category, and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the assigned accommodation, number of people who will occupy it, arrival and departure dates, and the meal plan they have agreed upon and, when contracted directly, also the price of the accommodation. Said admission document, completed in duplicate, must be signed by the interested party to formalize their admission, once informed of the existence of these Regulations and their rights and obligations. The original will be delivered to the user and the copy will remain with the establishment.
The complementary services offered and provided by this establishment or by other persons or entities are detailed at reception, will be formalized in their corresponding documents, and will be settled according to the agreed conditions.
COEXISTENCE AND OPERATING RULES
4. Rights and obligations of users
Users may freely access the establishment and remain in it, with the limitations contained in the submission rules indicated in section 1 and in these regulations.
Users have the right to receive truthful, complete information prior to contracting the offered services. To have their safety, privacy, and tranquility ensured in said services, for them to correspond to the agreed conditions, to be provided with an invoice, with the regulatory formalities, for services contracted directly, and to be given complaint forms if they wish to file a complaint.
Users have the obligation to observe the rules contained in these regulations, which they expressly accept upon signing the admission document, and those dictated by the Management regarding safety, coexistence, and hygiene, for proper use of the establishment. Users must prove their status, by showing the admission document when required, respect the facilities and equipment of this establishment, and pay the amount of the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice or according to the conditions agreed upon according to article 21 of the Decree Law. Filing a complaint does not exempt from the obligation to pay for the contracted services.
5. Rights and obligations of the hotel company
This establishment may seek the assistance of the authorities to evict from its premises users who fail to comply with these regulations, who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the hotel service, and also, where applicable, persons who are not registered as users, attendees at banquets, conventions, etc., or who fall into the cases provided for in section 2 above. Accommodation units may only be accessed by persons registered for that purpose, as stated in article 2.e of the Decree Law.
This establishment may request payment security for the contracted services, in accordance with applicable regulations, and make the corresponding charge to the users' account for damages or defects caused to the facilities, furniture, and elements of the establishment due to negligence or misuse thereof.
It may also vary the schedules of the different consumption, use, and enjoyment services throughout the seasons, depending on seasonality, reserving the right not to admit users outside said schedule, also when maximum authorized capacities are exceeded or when they are requested within the admission limits, thereby harming the work schedule of said services. The referred services, the detail of their scheduled hours, their prices, and the conditions of use, are posted at the entrances to them and, in summary form, in the directories existing in the accommodations, which also contains information on the evacuation plan for emergencies and the services that are free.
This establishment has the obligation to give its prices maximum publicity at reception and to have them available to users. To inform said users, before contracting, of the conditions of provision of the services and their prices. To provide them with maximum quality, according to their category and the terms contracted. To ensure that users are treated correctly. To attend to and maintain the facilities and services in good condition. To have complaint forms available and to inform of their existence. To provide users that it cannot serve, due to overbooking, with accommodation in an establishment in the same area, of the same group, modality, and, where applicable, specialty, and of an identical or superior category. The expenses or surcharges that originate for such reason will be borne by this establishment which, otherwise, will return to the user the differences that occur in their favor.
6. Occupation periods of the accommodation units:
Users of this establishment have the right to occupy the accommodation unit from 14:00 on the first day of the contracted period until 12:00 on the day indicated as the departure date. However, on dates of maximum occupancy, the availability of the accommodation unit to the user may be delayed by three hours. By agreement between the parties, a different regime of occupation of the accommodation units may be agreed which, where applicable, must be reflected in the admission document. Extending the occupation of the accommodation unit for a time longer than that contracted will cause the duty to pay for one more day and, in the event that the user wants to remain accommodated for more days than those contracted and specified in the admission document, there must always be an agreement between the parties.
7. Prices, invoices, and information
The general swimming pools, their own furniture, the gardens, and the outdoor, uncovered parking lots existing on the establishment's premises are for free use.
The hotel establishment is not responsible for the price, nor for the use of tools, utensils, and other services provided outside the hotel establishment's premises, nor for the behavior of the
personnel external to it, unless expressly stated otherwise in its conditions and rates.
The rates with the prices and conditions of the different types of accommodation, restaurant services, bars, congress events, banquets, laundry, safe rental, deposits for the use of pool towels, and own complementary services and those of external persons or entities are detailed at reception and available to users who request them.
The billing of accommodation rates will be calculated by days and according to the number of overnight stays. The minimum billing for accommodation will be the amount of one overnight stay or day, with this understood as finished at 12:00 the day after the arrival date.
The establishment may demand from its users, at any time and upon presentation of the invoice and its receipts, the payment of services provided outside the accommodation, even if the payment of the latter had been agreed in advance.
Legal or natural persons who, on their own, provide complementary services on the premises of this hotel establishment are responsible for their personnel and their behavior, their operation, maintenance, pricing regime, and everything inherent to their own services. In each of these premises, the owner thereof will be clearly identified.
In the accommodation units, there is also a directory with information on the prices of the most common services.
Invoices will only be provided for accommodations and services contracted directly by the users.
USE AND ENJOYMENT OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES
8. Reception
At reception, the necessary procedures for the admission of persons to the establishment will be carried out, and the keys or cards to access the accommodations will be kept. The Director, together with the reception staff and, where applicable, the concierge, are the persons responsible or centers of relationship with users for all internal matters of the hotel establishment and for information and advice regarding them.
9. Safety deposit boxes
In each accommodation, a safety deposit box is installed to be rented by anyone who wishes. In the directories that exist in said accommodations, this service and its conditions of acceptance and use are indicated. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of objects or valuables that are not deposited in these boxes.
10. Laundry-dry cleaning
In each accommodation, there is information with the conditions of these services, their prices, and the schedules for delivery and return of garments. The establishment is not responsible for garments that, due to their conditions or composition of use, shrink, discolor, or deteriorate.
11. Pool towels
They are available to clients at reception. Their delivery is free upon identification of the user and formalization of a security deposit. Subsequent washes, required by users, will be billed according to the prices and conditions that appear in the room directories.
12. Early breakfast service
If a client has their departure before the restaurant's opening hours, they may enjoy a cold breakfast. To access this cold breakfast, you must notify reception the day before the date on which this service is to be provided.
13. Pools and gardens
Their use and enjoyment are free. In the directories existing in the accommodations, the schedules and conditions of use that are detailed below are specified:
The use of the pools is prohibited from 20:00 since
this is when the maintenance staff begins the cleaning
and chlorination of the waters. The establishment is not responsible for
any injuries or damages that may occur to persons or their
belongings due to disregarding said schedule.
In the pools, the use of floats, balls,
and similar items is prohibited, except for children's floats or swimming aids.
Diving into the pools in an inverted position, with
the head first, and playing with balls or similar items in the
gardens, for the benefit of the people, lawns, and plants, is prohibited.
The use of devices, instruments, or music players at a volume that disturbs the rest of other users is prohibited. The consumption of beverages or food, not acquired at the establishment, outside the accommodations is prohibited.
For hygiene reasons, the consumption of food in the pools and gardens is prohibited, except in areas under the control of bars and restaurants.
The pools have a lifeguard service, its schedule is posted on the indicators located in the pool area and in the accommodation directories. Parents or those responsible for minors must ensure that they do not use the pools when the lifeguard is not present or do so under their own supervision and responsibility. For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before using the pools, always use swimwear, and not enter the pools with diapers or similar.
The use of towels, blankets, etc., belonging to the accommodation facilities, in the pool and garden areas is prohibited.
The use of Sunbeds in the pool area is free, but not in the beach area. It is not allowed to reserve Sunbeds by placing garments or other personal objects on them for an indefinite period, without making continuous use of them. If necessary and under the described circumstances, the establishment staff may remove the garments or objects from the Sunbeds so that they can be occupied by other users.
14. Gym
The establishment has this facility available for free use by its users. For safety reasons, its use is only permitted for those over 14 years of age provided with a towel, sportswear, and athletic shoes.
15. Miscellaneous
Minors are not permitted to use the elevators without being accompanied by a responsible adult.
Access to the establishment with animals is not permitted, with the exception of what is indicated for guide dogs for the disabled.
It is not permitted to walk around common spaces and areas without footwear and shirtless. In the restaurant, gentlemen will not be permitted to enter with shorts and sleeveless shirts.
Starting at 22:00, it is mandatory to maintain proper silence in the hallways and accommodations so as not to disturb the rest of other users.
Before entering the dining centers, users must show the admission document or card to those responsible, in order to be able to control the charges corresponding to them for the consumption they make.
It is not permitted to hang garments on the terrace railings; the clotheslines existing on the terraces of each accommodation must be used.
The use, consumption, or possession of dangerous products and substances is expressly prohibited in all areas and facilities of this establishment, in application of current legislation on public health.
Cooking in the rooms is completely prohibited, as well as the use of electric water heating appliances without authorization from the management.
